The location was ideal for us because we like walking to/along El Paseo. The neighborhood is quiet, but the studio apartment, which is attached to the house and garage, is sometimes noisy because of sounds - I guess from water turning on and off, possibly appliances, maybe items dropped in the garage - sometimes made it difficult to sleep. There is a lovely backyard but renters are not allowed to enter. The only place to sit outside is a tiny area before entering the apartment with a view of and sounds of the AC.
This studio-size unit is very clean and up-to-date, with thoughtful touches, like coffee and tea items. The bed is comfortable, everything works in the mini-kitchen, remote control a/c-heating is responsive, bath is good, nice view through the window wall. I needed something extra before arrival which they provided; then after leaving, they mailed to me an item I forgot. Nice stay, thank you.
was perfect to get away and enjoy the area, thank you!

Wonderful quiet location! Beautiful neighborhood with colorful desert landscapes. Very easy to access our apartment. Nice bed, kitchen, fridge, bathroom. We had a great stay there!
Extremely easy check-in; perfect instructions on directions to location, where to park, how to enter property; amazing location; super comfortable amenities... I really enjoyed my stay.
This studio was perfect for our weekend stay! Everything you need, including water cold water in the fridge! The suite was comfortable and quiet! Thank you for a fantastic stay!
This was the perfect place for our short stay in Palm Desert. We basically, just needed a place to sleep, and shower without having to pay all those resort fees. The location was very convenient and close to all the areas we visited. The host was very nice and accommodating. It fully met our expectations. Would definitely book again if we have another short trip to the desert.
So nice to come to the warm sunshine! The place was very conveniently located for our purposes! It’s perfect if you’re going to be busy during the day. Comfortable and cozy!

Hi Julie,
Thank you for your review and we welcome you back any time!

The room was nice, but there was just water (no soap) in the soap dispenser, the tub was clogged and it was pretty noisy at night with doors slamming frequently. It also would have been nice to have access to the backyard since we werent aware that we were cut off from it until we got in, but it otherwise met our needs and the bed was comfortable.

I have a small truck and wanted to park on the street where the property is but they said I couldn't park there and wanted me to part a couple blocks away. I saw other people parking on the street and even the owner of the property but they came and woke me up at midnight to tell me to move my car. I ended up leaving 1 day early because I didn't feel they were being reasonable or considerate. I didn't get a refund but getting away from that negative energy was more important.
