Stay experience was good! The only minor inconvenience we experienced was using the Internet and TVs in the house. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future!

Wonderful home

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, we all had fun enjoying all the treasures and things in different bedrooms. Host we easy to contact if issues happened but with the book guide they left everything was beautifully explained. I would definitely stay there again. Only thing I can think on improving was nightlights in the bathroom if traveling with kids. But we had a blast

Loved this property! Very spacious for our family of four! Host left all the little extras that nobody ever leaves anymore! Snacks, coffee, creamer, detergent, etc. We already booked for next year!!

Convenient location

Property was very cute and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host added extra touches—snacks, coffee, lotions to list just a few. Host was very reachable and as a newbie to vacation rentals I reached out several times. Very friendly and accommodating. We are staying here again next week.

Lots of dog hair on couches

Couldn't get the wifi to work needed for business,sofa full of dog hairs so are the washers and my family got an allergy out of it . They need to put more effort on cleaning, we left a day before our booking expired to get a hotel.

Would not recommend; not the best area, not the cleanest

Second night there, at midnight, something hit the side of the house, waking us up, and someone banged on the front door. Neighbor’s dog barked and people shouted in the street. Muddy footprints were on the front step the next morning. The neighborhood is not the best, and homeless are two blocks away. There was no pressure or hot water in the master bathroom sinks, a moldy shower curtain liner, 2” of standing water in the tub when taking a shower. Upon arrival there was a nasty smell in the kitchen (possibly the disposal) and a urine odor in the living room, which we guessed to be animal urine on the throw pillows. The spotlights in the backyard were broken and not working, which was a safety issue. Kitchen pans were very dirty and stained, there were no glasses, except for wine glasses, and not enough silverware or serving utensils. The kitchen is not well equipped. Outside trash bins were completely full from previous guests. Wet towels were in the washer upon our arrival. Four days before arrival, host contacted me and said there would be a per pet fee. In Sept. when I contacted her about our pets and made the reservation, she did not mention this fee, nor was it stated in the listing (this has since been updated). I refused to pay it.

The place was clean and owners were friendly. No issues. I loved the kitchen. The island was my every morning coffee place. The whole home was cozy and everything was as explained. The landscapers came and they were just as friendly. I will be staying here again when I visit my daughter at college. Thank you for all your help.

Great Place to Stay in Tulsa

This property has everything you need and fully stocked. The bed is comfortable and the house has tons of space to accommodate working remotely. The property is extremely clean and the host has great snacks! This home is lovely with cute decor. After our long drive from Estes Park, we felt right at home upon our arrival. I highly recommend!
