When you step inside, you'll find a spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area—great for big family meals and sharing stories. Plus, the screened-in porch with comfy seating is a great spot to kick back, reconnect, and create lasting memories with loved ones.


The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with two sturdy sets of twin bunk beds. There’s also a hall bathroom with a tub and shower to keep everyone comfortable.


For your convenience, Campbell Cottage comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows. Just a quick heads-up—this home doesn’t include a golf cart. You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking, no parties or events.
This home is dog-friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
