Welcome to our family home nestled in a green setting in Hézo, a charming village at the entrance to the Rhuys Peninsula. You will enjoy the calm of the forest while being only a few minutes from the beaches of the Rhuys Peninsula and the city of Vannes.
An ideal location to discover the Gulf of Morbihan, its islands, its coastal paths and its typical small ports.

Facing south, the house opens onto a large garden with trees and without vis-à-vis, perfect for enjoying the long summer evenings. Here you can enjoy:
- family barbecues
- cosy evenings around the brazier
- relaxing moments on the quiet terrace, surrounded by greenery.

The forest at the bottom of the house invites you to take a walk with its hiking trail and cycle paths, while the first beach can be reached in just 10 minutes.

The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
On the ground floor:
- Fully equipped family kitchen
- Bright living room that invites you to relax, read, board game nights
- Master suite with double bed, dressing room, private bathroom and direct access to the garden.

Upstairs:
- Beautiful bright mezzanine with view
- Bedroom with 160 cm bed and dressing room
- Bedroom with 140 cm bed and dressing room (possibility of adding a mattress for 2 people for an extra bed on request)
- Family bathroom with bath and toilet

- 3 second-hand bikes to explore the peninsula
