Entrance with a laundry room (washing machine), separate WC, a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven) opening onto a living room (table and chairs) with a lounge area (sofa, TV) leading to a terrace (garden furniture) extending into the garden, south-facing.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140cm, duvet), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm, duvets), a shower room with WC.
