Welcome to Aix-en-Provence in our 45 m² apartment which we have just completely renovated. You will appreciate the quality of the services and the central location, close to Cours Mirabeau and the Town Hall. ❤ Ideal location in the historic center ✓ Fully air conditioned ♪ Marshall ™ Bluetooth speaker ✓ AUTONOMOUS ARRIVAL WITH KEY BOX ✓ Netflix™ on TV ✓ WIFI Internet ✓ Bed and bath linen provided, soap & shampoo check-in : from 3 pm check-out : 11 am Apartment in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, recently renovated with large windows, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another bedroom upstairs with a single bed. Comfortable living room with sofa, TV, internet box, wifi and Marshall™ Bluetooth speaker. The living room is tastefully decorated and will allow you to relax after your day of adventures and sightseeing. The kitchen has a full range of modern appliances (induction cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine). The bathroom, at the top of the stairs, is equipped with a walk-in shower. Please note that the three steps of the stairs leading to the bathroom are steep and not recommended for elderly people. EQUIPMENT ・ ✓ Air conditioning throughout the apartment, bedrooms included. ✓ Fast wifi internet connection ✓ Television with Netflix™ ✓ Fully equipped kitchen ✓ Dishwasher and washing machine ✓ Sheets and towels provided ✓ Iron and ironing board ✓ 2 sets of access keys The accommodation can accommodate 3 people. Small building in the historic center. There are only 3 apartments in the building, ours is on the second and last floor. 2nd FLOOR ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY STAIRS IMPORTANT: We were very involved in the layout of our apartment and take the greatest care. Please respect our neighbors. Reminder of the internal regulations: - parties / evenings prohibited - strict ban on smoking, including at the window Our guests will get access to the entire apartment located on second floor of a small building with no elevator. Our guests must be comfortable climbing stairs. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT : Self check-in with lockbox. We'll send your check-in instructions 3 days before arrival. PARKING : Best parking option is paid car park 6 min walk from the apartment called PARKING PASTEUR. Price is 20euros/24hrs. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area. INTERNET : The apartment is equipped with High speed wifi internet. IMPORTANT: We were very involved in the layout of our apartment and take the greatest care. Please respect our neighbors. Reminder of the internal regulations: - parties / evenings prohibited - strict ban on smoking, including at the window I welcome any questions ahead of your stay about the flat or Aix-en-Provence and how to make the most of your time here. I will give you complete privacy during your stay but I am available via text/mobile if you need me for recommendations, directions and any other help. - Please note that this apartment is on 2 floors with stairs leading to the bedroom and the bathroom. Please note that the three steps of the stairs leading to the bathroom are steep and not recommended for elderly people. - This is your home in Aix, please take care of it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all windows when leaving the apartment
