Nice apartment with a size of approx. 120m2 and a large south-facing terrace of 24m2. The apartment has a complete, technically high-quality equipment. The apartment was furnished with Italian designer furniture and great attention to detail. The property is located in a new holiday complex directly by the sea. The facility is completely enclosed by a wall. There are two car parking spaces inside the apartment. At the center of the resort is the pool area with a large sun terrace. At the Einrichtig we also thought about the little vacationers. The equipment includes 2 travel cots with mattress, 2 highchairs, tableware and game console.

Es waren faszinierende 2 Wochen in einem Top modernen Ambiente. Eine klasse Lage, da alles zu Fuß erreichbar war. Eine mini Anmerkung...Klima in den Schlafzimmern wäre genial gewesen. Aber trotzdem gern wieder.

Wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub inMedulin verbracht und uns in der Apartmentanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch zentral, sehr empfehlenswert.

Super Unterkunft!!

Traumhaftes Apartment in super Lage!! Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Strand alles vor der Tür!! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Sonnenterrasse mit tollen Gasgrill ist der Hammer. Pool immer sauber gewesen. Parkplätze im Hof. Auch für Familien mit Kindern und Kleinkinder sehr zu empfehlen. Check in sehr einfach. In der Agentur mit Ausweis melden und Dragan fährt mit zur Wohnung und zeigt einem alles. Check out einfach Schlüssel in der Agentur wieder abgeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Einfach sehr empfehlenswert.

Ferieboligen hadde det annonsen lovet. Godt utstyrt, men litt for få håndklær. Vi var fem voksne og to barn. Måtte derfor benytte sovesofaen, og den hadde veldig god komfort. Beliggenheten var bra, og leiligheten har fin utsikt, både til basseng og havnen. Kan virkelig anbefales.

Das Appartment lässt keine Wünsche offen.sehr schön eingerichtet ,es mangelt an nichts. Super ausgestattet ,tolle Aussicht schöner Pool. Sehr Zentral gelegen nur 5.Minuten zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz am Pool.

Wunderschöne neue Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit weiteren 5 Wohneinheiten. Die gesamte Anlage umfasst 7 Häuser mit einem großen Gemeinschaftspool. Die gesamte Anlage ist nagelneu und in hervorragender Lage. Das nächste (sehr gute) Restaurant ist lediglich 50 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung selbst ist voll ausgestattet. Selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 8 Personen sind vorhanden. Unsere Reisezeit war Juli 2018 und wir waren mit 4 Personen dort.

wunderschönes Appartment - es hat an nichts gefehlt - sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns schon vor Reisebeginn sehr wohlgefühlt. Einen so netten Kontakt zum Vermieter haben wir bisher erst einmal auf unseren Reisen erlebt. - Danke für die tolle Betreuung vor und während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Anlage war zu Reisebeginn noch nicht ganz fertig gestellt. Darüber waren wir jedoch informiert und es hat der Erholung keinen Abbruch getan. Wir haben uns in dem Appartement von Anfang an zuhause gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. - Eine hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man Meerblick, gute Betten und eine traumhaft schöne Dachterrasse mit Blick in den Hafen und auf die Strandpromenade. Morgens kann man dort in der Lounge-Ecke die Ruhe genießen und abends bekommt man beim Barbecue die Abendstimmung aus guter Entfernung mit. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Pool mit Meerblick, er ist schön angelegt und wird abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtet. - sowohl von der Dachterrasse als auch vom Wohnzimmer hat man ihn im Blick. - Was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man Kinder hat. Wir konnten sie ohne Bedenken zum Pool schicken. Wer es mag kann sich in Medulin jeden Abend ins Nachtleben stürzen, oder so wie wir bummeln gehen und dabei noch ein Eis genießen. Auch die Kinder kommen im nahe gelegenen Family Park voll auf ihre Kosten. Gute Restaurants, ein Bäcker, ein kleiner Supermarkt, der Strand und alles was man benötigt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für unseren Geschmack war der Strand sehr überlaufen, daher haben wir es vorgezogen, mit dem Boot auf nahe gelegene Inseln zu fahren oder mit dem Auto schöne Buchten zu entdecken. Im Hafen gibt es die Möglichkeit mit dem Taxi-Boot zu fahren. - Zu empfehlen ist gleich der erste Stand mit dem weiß/gelben Boot, das Team trägt gelbe T-Shirts - wir wissen leider den Namen nicht. Für einen Stadtbummel sollte man nach Pula fahren. Dort gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte und auch das Amphitheater sollte man mal gesehen haben. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!
