Vacation Apartment "Ferien am Bergpark":
Close to nature, quiet & central in the documenta city of Kassel, Bad Wilhelmshöhe, accessible, cozy, family and allergy friendly.

Our apartment is close to nature, quiet and central on the outskirts of Kassel - Bad Wilhelmshöhe at the foot of the mountain park.

The beautiful, newly built apartment with 53 m² of living space is on the ground floor and has a separate, ground-level (threshold-free) entrance.

The apartment has the following rooms:
• Living / cooking
• 2 Bedrooms
• Shower room with walk-in shower
• Storage room with washing machine
• Hall

It was completed in January 2017 and is located in a low-energy house. Therefore, the apartment has a ventilation system and underfloor heating.
It offers a relaxed feel-good atmosphere.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible or accessible and suitable for allergy sufferers.

As a family, we are child-friendly. Diagonally across from the apartment, across the street,
there is a small, well-kept children's playground.

The location is central. Close to the Wilhelmshöhe ICE train station, we have good tram and bus connections.
We can be reached on foot from the train station or you can take a tram (line 1) and exit at "Kunoldstraße".
A parking space is available.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zu Detail gestaltet. Überall findet sich etwas nützliches das über den gewohnten Standard hinaus geht. Es ist spürbar, das sich die Vermieter viel Gedanken darüber gemacht haben, wie, was und wo die Dinge ihren Platz finden.An jedem Bett eine Ablage und Licht. Infomaterial, Gesellschaftsspiele, Spültabs, Kaffeepulver, Farblich abgestimmte Hanstüscher, Kosmetikspiegel mit Licht, kleines Duschgel.Besonders ist auch die Hilfsbereitschaft zu fehlenden Dingen, wie bspw. eine Gummiduschmatte damit der betroffene sicher in der dusche stehen kann.

Geschwister-Urlaub

Es war sehr schön. Wir hatten eine gute Anreise. Die Umgebung war nicht sehr Rollstuhl geeignet. Es gab viele Pflastersteine. Das ist für einen Rollstuhlfahrer nicht so angenehm, aber ansonsten war die Umgebung sehr schön, vor allem das Herkules-Denk mal auch wenn der Aufstieg sehr steil und anstrengend war. Bad Wilhelmshöhe ist ein schönes Städtchen um mal runter zukommen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. In unserer Straße gibt es kein Kopfsteinpflaster. Es gibt in der Nähe eine Nebenstraße die aus historischen Gründen teilweise Kopfsteinpflaster hat. Egal wo man hin möchte, es können andere Wege ohne Kopfsteinpflaster genutzt werden. In der Ferienwohnung liegt eine Liste mit barrierearmen Gaststätten/Restaurants aus. Für weitere Fragen stehen wir immer sehr gerne zur Verfügung.

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in einer abgelegen Seitenstraße, wo man sehr gut zu Fu# einkaufen gehen kann. Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben den Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Auch das Etagenbett ist für zwei Erwachsene geeignet und vieles ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Der Bergpark ist fußläufig oder mit der Tram erreichbar, ebenso wie die Innenstadt. Erstklassige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in allerbester Lage in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. Bergpark, Kurhessentherme und der Ortsteil Wahlershausen mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und komfortabel, wirklich komplett ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und durchdacht, es gibt an der Einrichtung keine Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sind da, wenn man sie braucht, aber auch nur dann wahrnehmbar. Sehr angenehm und professionell. Uns hat der Aufenthalt ausgesprochen gut gefallen und wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Schöner als auf den Bildern!

Die Wohnung liegt außergewöhnlich ruhig - und trotzdem nah zur S-Bahn. Es war überall blitzsauber, dabei sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit vielen aufmerksamen Details (z.B. Reiseführer von Kassel und Umgebung zum Schmökern). Ich habe gut geschlafen, die Betten (inkl. Etagenbett) sind fein, man kann die Zimmer nachts abdunkeln, und es wird auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß. Eine tolle Bleibe in Kassel, sehr gerne wieder!

All the comforts of home

We lived in this apartment for over a week and it was a favorite of the 3 we rented during our month-long stay in Deutschland. There were plenty of utensils for cooking, as well as space to eat at a full table with dishes and baskets to make a nice sit-down meal. The main bed was comfortable (did not try the bunk beds) and we were able to wash our clothes easily. Loved the full-apartment venting system for fresh air, especially since the ground floor apartment faces a street that had ongoing construction and was a bit noisy from that and occasional people wandering and talking into the night, which made keeping windows open not an easy task. Plenty of light and a wonderful bathroom and shower with plenty of storage and a window -- really nice! Nice foyer where you can stash coats and shoes. Owner lives in main building and was always friendly and available for questions or concerns. It was a bit cool in October but there was a table and chairs on a patio directly outside the living area, protected by a neatly clipped hedge, very lovely and inviting. We felt so at home we could have lived there for longer. Proximity to the park and walking downtown was exactly what we had hoped for. Also a well-regarded restaurant in walking distance. Many thanks to the owner for making such a lovely home for guests.

Einfach nur alles perfekt!

Die Unterkunft ist so geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber, dass andere Ferienwohnungen und AirBNB mir danach immer besonders schlecht vorkommen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschönem Stadtteil
