This cozy ranch home was built in 1967 so is considered a Mid Century design, part of San Antonio's “Neighborhood Conservation District” The Oak trees surround this small neighborhood, and a family of deer visits the neighborhood every other day.

This property is located in Colonial Hills Subdivision, North Central San Antonio, 5-7 minutes west of the airport, with easy access to shopping malls and 10-15 minutes to the downtown area. Fiesta Texas is about 15-20 minutes away. Sea World is about a 25-minute drive. Lackland Air Force Base is about 20 minutes away. Public transportation is limited to bus service, about 2 blocks away. Uber and Lyft drivers are available in this area.
