The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Exactly as described. Close enough to all areas we visited. We arrived early and Marisela was able to let us in early. Much appreciated. We had one issue with the tv not getting Netflix and Marisela was right on it. I would definitely stay again, if I ever come back to the area.

Nice stay

We had a good place to come back to after day 1 of Airforce graduation. We had everyone come back there to play games and eat dinner. There was enough room for everyone and we had everything we needed to make out limited time with him the most we could. The location was convenient to everything we needed to do.

We would stay here again

We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re visiting the area. The property is clean and I was not afraid to stay there alone while my husband took our daughter to a concert. It was in very close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was easy to get ahold of, and was even quick to refund the pet fee since we ended up not bringing our dog after all. The home was nicely updated. It felt like home away from home. Our family was very comfortable here.

Girls weekend

This was a fun girls weekend. The house was centrally located with ample room. One of the queen beds was uncomfortable. I think that the couches and carpets could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and for the budget we had it was fine.

San Antonio Get Away

Property was clean and centrally located to all activities visited. Host was very responsive and accessible. Unit could use some larger salad bowls, wine glasses and drink glasses. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in San Antonio.

Great location very clean

Conveniently located. Short drive to Lackland and Riverwalk. Was less than 30 min to airport. Nicely updated yet simple and clean. Spacious back yard and patio.

Enjoyable Trip Despite the Rain

The covered patio in the back was an unexpected treasure. We were able to enjoy outside even when it rained. Everything was great and the Property Manager was very responsive. We were able to communicate even when I could not get my VRBO app working. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood

Nice property, quiet neighborhood, close to every where we wanted to go. I gave 4 stars for the overall rating because there weren’t a lot of towels and wash cloths. We had to wash them every day/night so we would have clean ones. Also it said to be sure and wash any dirty dishes. I had to go buy a small bottle of detergent because I couldn’t find any and use paper towels to wash our cups and glasses with because I couldn’t find any dish cloths. No major inconveniences. We were basically there just for sleeping.

Perfect Stay

We enjoyed staying at this residence. It’s in a convenient location with an easy drive to most of the tourist spots. As noted by others, the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager, Marisela, is the best. She gave us an early check in as our flight arrived earlier in the day. She was very responsive to questions, getting back to us in just a few minutes. She also contacted me during our stay to ensure that everything was going well.

Great house!

The house is clean and well stocked. The area is nice and quiet. The yard is large although there is one small area where the back gate doesn't close so you'll have to keep an eye on pets that like to bolt like mine. The renter is amazing to communicate with. I will be renting again.

Great spot to get away

Property was well taken care of. Great location close to restaurants and grocery store without highway travel. Easy access from the airport and easy access to 410 to easily get around. We were here for Air Force basic training graduation. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the base but during graduation events it took more like 35-45 to get on base and get through security due to heavy traffic at the time. I would recommend this property to anyone. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for 2 couples and a 14 year old. Owner was easy to contact if needed and prompt with responses.

Good value fo

The house is in an older neighborhood and is a little worn. However, it is a good value for the price. We immediately saw that the closet door was off the tracks when we arrived. I took pictures and sent them in, but never received a response. The 3 of us had to share the master shower as the tub in the main bathroom was very slow draining. If you want to use the Keurig, you need to bring your extension cord, otherwise, you will have to move it, nothing major, but just something worth noting.

New Year with Good Friends

There were a total of six, three couples. All but two had been to San Antonio, but none of them had been in recent years or for very long. We have traveled places together for years; Lima, Peru; Santo Domingo, DR; Italy, Greece, Haiti, Turks & Caicos, and Mexico as well as other areas in the U.S. We wanted to spend quality time together in the United States and and we suggested San Antonio. I found this VRBO that was close to both the airport and the Riverwalk. We were back and forth to the Riverwalk and The Pearl every day and then back to our rental where we could rest, relax, put our feet up and visit. We would heartily recommend this VRBO. Nothing palatial, not fancy, but clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. Nice cookware, knives, etc., unlike most rentals we’ve stayed in.Thanks for a great week with good friends.

We had a great stay. Although we only use it basically to go to sleep (we were out with our kids most of the day) it was nice and cosy. Close to SFFT and the airport. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are around that area.

Inside house very nice and clean. 3 large screen TVs. Outdoor patio was not as clean. The house was perfect for two couples and two children.
