The first night, the temperature reached approximately 80°F because the thermostat had been switched from cooling to fan mode; once identified, it was returned to cooling mode. I contacted the AC technician multiple times, and the unit was inspected. With outdoor temperatures exceeding 110°F and the thermostat set to 69°F, the system was operating at its limit and maintained the home at approximately 71°F. Additional guests and frequent door openings may also have placed extra strain on the system. I understand you wanted the issue resolved, and I made every effort to respond, arrange service, and ensure the AC operated safely under the extreme conditions. I’m sorry it could not reach 69°F. I also chose not to leave a review because I did not feel I could provide a fair rating that accurately reflected the overall experience. The repeated phone calls and ongoing complaints made it difficult to manage the situation, despite my efforts to address your concerns and arrange assistance. I have chosen not to rate the stay rather than leave feedback that may have been unnecessarily negative.

We also appreciate your feedback about the comfort of the master bed they put a the extras that are still good just older looking. That said, we do want to respectfully address some concerns following your stay. We have a strict no-party policy in place, clearly outlined in our house rules, and this is also reiterated to all guests before arrival. Unfortunately, we received complaints from neighbors about a party on Sunday, which is a serious violation of our policies. Additionally, our cleaning team reported that some towels had to be discarded due to blood stains, and a set of king-size sheets from the master bedroom was missing after your departure. These types of issues are not typical, and they impact our ability to maintain the home for future guests. While we’re glad you enjoyed many aspects of your stay, we do ask that all guests respect the house rules and property to help ensure a positive experience for everyone in our community.
