House was nice - easy to find, close to downtown and the River Walk. Would have liked some stronger water pressure and better hot water. Furniture in living room is not very comfortable.
Stayed here over the weekend with my family. Rocio’s place was cozy and perfect for all of us. Accommodating for our baby with a travel crib and kid friendly plates and cutlery was amazing.
It was a cute house with all the necessary amenities. Very conveniently close to downtown, so sightseeing was easy. Appears small but feels roomy! Loved it! If anything, a TV in the master BR would have been a big plus, so we could watch what we want, and the kids can watch TV in the living room.
We recently rented this property so we could attend the State Basketball Tournament at the Alamodome. The house was in a great location and we were able to walk to all of the games. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. The price was also great. I was very happy with the service as well. I would definitely rent this property again.
It's a nice place cozy Just one complaint The water is heated with a tankless water heater and since the pipes are very calcified you have to open all water sources to make the heater kick on
We stayed 2 nights. This house was a quick drive to downtown/the Alamo. Easy to get on the highway to travel around San Antonio. Overall, we were happy with this rental. Communication with the owner was quick & pleasant.
Well, the house itself is as described (super cute). Pros-Pretty clean, towels provided, kitchen stocked, and TV had various channels. Cons-The grass was long. BUT, the boiler issue was the most difficult to deal with. There was NO hot water. We had to boil water to shower. I emailed the owner but didn’t not get a response. But over all it was a good. 3.5 -4 rating
Perfect for our short stay for my daughter's boot camp graduation at Lackland.
We were about 15 minutes from Lackland which was great. It was very clean and everything was as described. My only issue was, there was very little paper towel and no wash clothes or dish rags. Oh and I feel like the glasses to drink out of wasn't as clean as they should've been. I would definitely stay again.
Very cute house with plenty of space for us. We came to see an event at the Alamodome and it was the perfect distance. Very clean and nicely set up.
The only thing to keep in mind is to make sure you bring shower essentials as no soap or shampoo was provided. No big deal for us but worth noting.
Absolutely Wonderful Stay for a Special Occasion! We recently stayed at this beautiful home for my daughter’s basic training graduation in San Antonio, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly spacious — perfect for our family to relax and celebrate such an important milestone together. The communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. They were so kind and accommodating, even allowing us to extend our checkout time at no additional charge so my daughter could spend a little extra time with us before returning to base. That thoughtful gesture meant the world to us, and I am forever grateful. The setup of the home was just perfect — cozy, stylish, and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting San Antonio. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area!
The property was exactly like the pictures. Very nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and clean and the dishes are really pretty. Everything was close and convenient. i really liked my stay i would book again
This was a great place to stay while we attended a concert at the Alamadome. Close and convenient, everything was great. The only complaint was the water pressure in the showers.
Cute house with nice furnishings and very comfortable.
The house has a great location, really close to Riverwalk, Zoo, Alamo, etc. I love that there is gated, off-street parking. We had a tiny maintenance issue but owner fixed it immediately and we really had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to San Antonio and want a comfortable place to lay your head.
