Spacious, contemporary 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom garden home. Grill on the patio! Two additional single air mattresses available. Large, inviting community pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, play ground and swings one block from house! Minutes from La Cantera Mall, Six flags, Medical Center, UTSA, USAA, and Downtown. Quick trip

Penny was amazing through the entire process. How was exactly what we needed for a quick last minute getaway. There was an issue with the master bathroom toilet but we were Are aware of that issue when we got there to ensure we were aware of any possible issues that could pop up.

Perfect for a quick getaway

I took my parents to visit my daughter for her birthday. It was a great stay. Everything was as described and the neighborhood was very inviting. We will definitely stay again.

Great holiday rental

We really enjoyed our week staying in this property. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was one of the most well equipped rentals we've stayed in, which made it easy to prepare meals after busy days out and about enjoying San Antonio. The community pool was also appreciated in the heat of the summer. We loved the daily visits from the neighbourhood deer!

Birthday Stay

Pennys home was wonderful! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy and the living space was great for our late night monopoly game. I would stay here again!

The house was clean and in an area close to the highway. Easy access toSan Antonio. The owner was very responsive and provided information about te area. I would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

Throughly enjoyed the stay. Fantastic living space that is very inviting and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. The property had anything we could have needed with plenty of space. Penny was great with communication and would definitely stay here again if in San Antonio.

Great house

Penny was a wonderful hostess for her home. We loved the snacks when we arrived. Great communication throughout our stay in San Antonio. House was in a great and quiet neighborhood and close to what we planned to do in San Antonio. We loved the time at the pool and little park.

Great neighborhood

I had absolutely no issues with my stay. House is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the girls really buoyed h the large bathroom and bath tub.

Great location

Great neighborhood, the Host went out of her way to accommodate us, we needed a couple of outdoor patio folding chairs, and she brought two of her personal ones for us to use for the solar eclipse. We needed a hammer and a hammer was right where she said it would be. Anything we needed the house took care of us. Thank you so much again.

Fantastic Family House

Within walking distance of the house, our family enjoyed many trips to the very well maintained neighborhood pool, tennis courts, and playground. The home had everything our family of 5 needed: a well stocked kitchen, linens, & a washer and dryer, or wanted, an amazing assortment of sweet and salty treats. The neighborhood was safe & quiet and convenient to several family attractions as well as everything you might need. We loved our time there!

We enjoyed our stay. Only negative is the fridge had left over stuff from last group. That really is only negative. Rest was great.

Super nice.

The house was cozy, comfortable, easy to use. They left extras that others had left, like coffee and condiments, coloring books crayons, great games, stuffed animals. All these were extra helps. It is a nice place too.

Nice House in a Nice, Quiet Neighborhood

Very nice house in a nice and QUIET neighborhood. One-car garage in the back and parking on the street out front. Cute, quirky decor! Great Internet service! A well-designed older home. Beds were comfortable, but unusually low to the floor; my 92 year old Mom chose the tallest of the two beds and still had difficulty getting up. Kitchen very well stocked with dishes. I'm 73 and would definitely stay here again, but not with my Mom again.

Better than expected

I rented this property based on online reviews of the area. It was better than i expected. Home was really nice. Very comfortable. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great stay

Pictures represented the property well, quiet neighborhood. Penny was always available to help, if needed. We were not going to arrive until later in the night, so Penny went to turn on some lights for us. The house welcomed us with some snacks & that alone excited my girls!

This Has all the extras!

This house had all the extra anyone could ask for including snacks in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and soft. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. The neighborhood was totally quiet. The host was immediately responsive. Easy access from highways. Totally recommend!
