Large gîte totally detached in a small hamlet, in the upper part of Courzieu. Peacefully set, at the end of road, surounded by nature. Stunning views of the valley of the Brevenne and countryside from terrace. On the ground floor (1 step for access) : large living room with direct access onto terrace (kitchen, dining, lounge areas, sofa bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangement only). Bathroom. Separate Wc. Upstairs : hall, 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms, one has an extra wooden cot, 1 twin room, 1 three-bedded room including a trundle bed). Shower room including Wc. Outdoors : raised enclosed terrace (table, benches, charcoal barbecue, electric barbecue). Small ground (unclosed and flat), lots of spaces/fields all around. Parking along the way/route. Zoo of Courzieu (shows with eagles and wolves) 11 kw away, city of L'Arbresle 16 km away. Courzieu train station 4 km (with tram-train to Lyon).
