We come yearly to experience washingtons great NE corner. Lots of activities in the woods to do and great places to see! This home offers the perfect vase camp! Will always come again!
My sons and I truly enjoyed the cozy and welcoming vibe of your rental property. The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were perfect.
The only issue we encountered was the skunk who went under the house and released his eye watering scent at 2 A.M. Gotta love nature!
Would definitely rent again.

Oh my! I thought we had all the openings covered so the animals could not get under the house. We will be checking that out. Thank you
I enjoyed the house for the most part. Loved the big kitchen which was pretty well stocked. I did leave a note with a few suggestions.
Was disappointed my wifi could never connect. The most upsetting thing was no tv remote. Never did locate it

I am very sorry you had a couple issues while staying at my house. Unfortunately no wifi works well in the Ione area. We did not realize the remote was missing until you let us know.

Booked this for an ultra race close by. Good news was we pretty much just slept here. The internet didn’t work (which isn’t good if you’re from out of country and you have no phone service), place wasn’t very clean, host wasn’t very responsive, place was musty smelling, pictures don’t reflect the place very well.. It wasn’t at all what we expected.
This property provided a great base camp for a few days of exploration of the North Pend Oreille area. A small older house—clean and well-equipped for cooking and entertainment for a whole family. Located right in the middle of town just a short walk away from classic small-town “bar & grill” eateries.
One note: My phone’s Verizon data service did not work anywhere in Ione, so I had to use the house’s WiFi, which at different times varied in quality from good (able to stream video) to barely able to establish an internet connection. So be prepared for a possibly “rustic” online experience.
The area is beautiful. I especially like Metaline Falls, just a bit north of Ione.
The property is older but cozy, equipped with everything we needed. Excellent price. We would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. Iam glad that you enjoyed my home. Any suggestions that you have would be appreciated. We did find a item on the front porch after you left. Did you need that returned to you?
