You're sure to be the envy of your friends in this gorgeous beachfront home in the heart of Crystal Beach! Centrally located in the popular Gulf Shores subdivision, this property is seconds away from the beach. There are amazing views from nearly all areas of the home, and two fully furnished, partially covered decks that are a beach lover's dream come true. The upper deck has lounge chairs for sunbathing and the mezzanine deck features a bar area!

The gorgeous modern kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay, and includes bar seating as well as a dining table that can seat 10. The spacious living area is great for relaxing, with comfortable furniture and large screen TV. Also on this main level are the primary bedroom (with one king bed) and en suite bath, as well as a queen over queen bunk room with guest bath.
Walk down the interior stairwell to the mezzanine level to find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature one queen bed each, and the third bedroom offers 2 sets of double over double bunk beds.

The ground level patio area boasts a fish cleaning station, outdoor sand shower, charcoal BBQ grill, and additional seating - perfect for family cookouts and games of washers!

No pets are allowed. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

One of the Best Galveston Stays

Loved our stay at Topview

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and location on the beach was great! Generous amount of outdoor space, both shaded and with sun. Kitchen was well appointed and open to dining and living area. Master BR was nice and I think our family guests enjoyed their bedrooms and bath, each having access to an outdoor deck. Cons: Would have been nice to use the lift to get our gear and supplies up to 3rd floor. There was a problem with the dishwasher that wasn’t resolved during our stay and required some hand washing etc. Linens and towels were provided but in a bag when we arrived. You’ll have to put on your sheets and make your bed - not a huge deal.Overall, our stay was great and would recommend this property to others.
