Apartment "pier" with direct sea view

Holiday on the beach. Spend your holiday in the apartment "pier" in the holiday home Baltic Sea directly on the beautiful beach - only about 30 meters to the sandy beach!

All rooms (except bathroom) of this exceptional apartment have an uninterrupted view of the sea; A small balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea invites for breakfast in the sun. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining room with sofa and dining table and a fully equipped and modern kitchen (no kitchenette!) As well as a bathroom (with shower) and a hallway.

The decor is at the latest level (TV, stereo) and also satisfies higher demands. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Floor of a quiet house with several apartments and is accessible by a lift. In the cellar there is a sauna with a relaxation room (for the guests useable). The apartment includes 2 bicycles, with which extended biking on the beach to Laboe or Kiel can be undertaken.
There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The apartment is a pure non-smoking apartment and not suitable for pets! There are two people (plus one child up to 6 years) enough space in this wonderful holiday.
A free parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity and is available exclusively for you.

Note:
In the period from 19.07. - 21. 07. 2019 and 09. 08. - 12. 08. 2019 will take place on the beach, in front of the apartment, the "SeebrĂŒckenfest" or the "Baltic Beach Festival". This causes considerable noise disturbances during the evenings and partly also at night.

Super-FeWo super gelegen

Wir waren hier fuer 5 Tage Ende November 2024/Anfang December. Die Ferienwohnung ist adaequat ausgestattet, sauber, bequem, ruhig, und liegt direckt am Strand. WLAN war vorhanden und funktionierte problemlos, die Waschmaschiene ging aber immer noch nicht. Check-in war problemlos, und Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war effizient und ohne Probleme – das meiste ging per Handy von sich. Der Parkplatz war ca. 50 m von der FeWo entfernt, was perfeckt war. Man kann fuer Stundem am Strand entlang laufen
das war wirklich super, und die Aussicht von der Wohnung zur Ostsee ist erste klasse.

Die Wohnug ist gut und hochwertig eingerichtet. Eine Microwelle fehl allerdings. Brauchten wir aber auch nicht. Die Waschmaschine hat auch nicht funktioniert. Normalerweise brauchen wir die auch nicht, aber mein Mann war gestĂŒrzt und die Hose ganz blutig. Na ja, haben wir sie schmutzig mit nach Hause genommen. Die Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedĂŒftig. Nichts fĂŒr ungelenkige. Ans

Einfach wunderbar

Vielen lieben Dank an den Vermieter fĂŒr die tollen Tage an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist einfach ein Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, man fĂŒhlt sich dort richtig wohl. Der Blick aus dem Balkon auf die Ostsee ist einmalig. Wunderbare Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der sogar am Wochenende erreichbar ist. Alles Perfekt gelaufen.

Es ist einfach nur entspannend, auf die Osee zu schauen und dem Meeresrauschen zuzuhören. DafĂŒr ist dieses Quartier ideal. Ansonsten fehlt in der Ferienwohnung - nichts.

wunderbarer Urlaub an der Ostsee im Oktober

Toller Blick auf die Ostsee

Schön gelegen, direkt neben der SeebrĂŒcke. Vom Sofa aus auf die Ostsee schauen, das ist schon eine feine Sache! FĂŒr den kleinen, sehr einladend wirkenden Balkon war es leider noch zu kalt. Was die Einrichtung angeht: alles bestens und vollstĂ€ndig. Hochwertige KĂŒchengerĂ€te. Geschirr usw. alles vorhanden. Zum netten Vermieter hatten wir einen guten Kontakt. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte im Bedarfsfall sofort. VerbesserungswĂŒrdig erschien uns allenfalls die Beleuchtung im Bad, die etwas heller sein dĂŒrfte - und der immer wieder schwĂ€chelnde Internetzugang. Insgesamt aber eine wirklich großartige und unbedingt empfehlenswerte Fewo!

Schöne Wohnung, traumhafter Ausblick

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage, direkt an Strand mit Blick auf die SeebrĂŒcke. Der Strand lĂ€dt zu langen SpaziergĂ€ngen ein, alles was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf braucht kann man fußlĂ€ufig besorgen. Das einzige was nicht ganz so toll war war das Internet. Wenn das WLAN nicht funktionierte konnte man aufgrund des Empfang auch nicht seine mobilen Daten nutzen. Alles andere war gut!
