You have access to everything in the house and property except for maintenance shed. Nothing on the property is shared; it is all for guest use.
No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. A guest access code is provided to all guests before check-in, and you can easily let yourself in. Hosts will great you at some point to welcome you and answer your questions.
House Policies
Overnight Guests is a maximum of eight. If you are thinking of more than eight due to family gatherings, please talk with us, we are easy to accommodate.
Please insure that you have read and agree to the House Rules prior to booking. A lease is attached. Exterior security camera's are in use to monitor activity from the street and driveway area.

Pet Policy:
- No pets are to be left alone in the home at any time without being crated. You may seek out a pet sitter as well. We have had crazy damage done in the past from pets left free and no one with them even though we asked this not to happen. Again, please do not leave pets alone without being crated.
- Pets are not at any time to be on the furniture including beds. Please do not let the pets sleep in the beds. This is a cleaning issue for the next and future guests.
- We would like you to crate pets at night to insure there are no accidents in the home
- There are dog bowls for your use in the porch area
- You are responsible for any damage that may occur. If damage does occur, we will provide an estimate of damage along with a monetary request for damage reimbursement.
Pets are honestly an issue depending upon the responsibility of the guest. Please help us insure that we can remain pet friendly. Please be responsible with your pets. Intentional violation of our pet policy may result in cancellation of your reservation or request for additional cleaning fee.

This home sits on a very quiet corner of three city lots with beautiful spruce trees lining the property. Watch deer come into your yard in the early morning and birds flying to the feeders. If you're a fly fisherman, The Big Horn River is an easy block walk.
A top #10 Dinosaur Museum, The Wyoming Dinosaur Center is nearly across the street. Hot Springs State Park is a minute away by bike or car .
