Ground floor: - Kitchen, living room, lounge - Laundry room - Bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - First bedroom (one 160x200cm bed) - Second bedroom with one 90x190cm bed and one 140x190cm bed Outside: - Shared swimming pool with another gîte and the owner's house (dimensions: 12m x 5m, depth: 1.20m to 2.20m, heated, uncovered, open from June 1st to September 30th) - Private courtyard of 100m² - Shared 5-hectare garden with the owners The gîte is attached to the owners' house, but not overlooked. It is located near gîte 22G120499. This house will appeal to anyone dreaming of a relaxing holiday, comfort, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. What could be better than a relaxing break thanks to its outdoor swimming pool, open from June to the end of September! You'll almost hesitate to leave this place, and yet, the region is so beautiful! You're in the heart of the Côtes d'Armor's flagship destination: the Pink Granite Coast! Swimming in crystal-clear waters, fine sandy beaches, and secluded coves await you... The closest is Mouton beach (2.8 km). From there, put on your walking shoes and take the GR34 hiking trail for some magnificent walks. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the Saint Samson golf course, just 6 km away. Looking to entertain children? Take them to the Radome Park (3 km), which will delight both young and old! Your holiday starts here...
