Beautiful apartment with sea view and balcony. They are the ideal holiday destination for families who want to spend a beautiful summer holiday on the Mediterranean. Swim on the beautiful beaches of Klenovica with excellent water quality and enjoy the quiet location, wonderful fishing village with bakery, fruit and vegetables always fresh in the daily market. In the morning you can buy fresh fish from the last night directly at Fischendorf. On the weekends the local fishermen organize small parties.

Wohnung wie beschrieben. Für zwei Etwachsene und 1-2 Kinder ausreichend. Meerblick wunderschön. Strand und Geschäfte, sowie Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Mooie woning

Mooie nette vakantie woning op de berg. Uitzicht op zee. Binnen een paar minuten ben je in het kleine centrum bij de haven. Vriendelijke mensen in de omgeving. Rustig dorpje waar alleen mensen komen die er ook moeten zijn. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie sie beschrieben wurde. Die Lage ist für den Ort wirklich gut. Man gelangt über eine Treppe durch die Häuser in 3 Minuten zum kleinen Hafen und von dort dann zum Strand. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn. Sehr sehr schön. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber, die Betten sind sehr gut und auch total sauber, auch schöne Kopfkissen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, sehr hilfsbereit und war sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Argument in anderen Bewertungen, die Wohnung sei sehr klein, finde ich unpassend, da die Größe genau beschrieben ist. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, 4 und 8 Jahre dort und haben uns super arrangiert. Es ist nicht alles brandneu in der Wohnung, aber dafür kann man mit Kindern dort toll Urlaub machen ohne immer Angst zu haben das etwas kaputt geht oder sie etwas dreckig machen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Ferienwohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Nette Vermieterin, Sauberkeit top - hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder. Würde ich jedem weiter empfehlen.

Ein angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Ich hatte noch nie so eine entspannte Schlüsselübergabe. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall. Das Meer ist sauber. Der Strand war ein wenig überfüllt. Dafür ist es allgemein ein ruhiges und kleines Örtchen. Der Urlaub war entspannt und erholsam. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter

Erwartungen übertroffen!!

Es war alles tip top. Von Buchung, bis Schüsselübergabe. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Separates Kinderzimmer und ganz nah am Strand. Gegend ist super schön. Dafür das wir ziemlich kurzfristig noch gebucht haben (2 Tage vor Abreise) haben wir nicht viel erwartet. Aber dank des schönen Appartements und der schönen Gegend wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder.

Tolle Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im August 2019 in dieser sehr schönen, sauberen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen:)

Nette Ferienwohnung nicht weit vom Meer.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, man ist zu Fuß in 5 min. am Meer und an Restaurants. Man kann zu Fuß verschiedene Badestrände erreichen. Die Küche ist etwas klein, es gibt zwei Kochplatten (Elektro) und einen recht kleinen Tisch. Zu viert zu essen wäre sehr schwierig, zu dritt war bereits schwierig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, allerdings nur in der Küche, so dass es zum Schlafen wenig bis nichts bringt. Wir haben sie kaum benutzt. Der Balkon ist sehr schön, mit einem tollen Blick auf Krk, den Hafen in Klenovica, das Meer und auf Berge. Allerdings ist wenig Sonnenschutz vorhanden, so dass der Balkon im Sommer nur morgens oder am späten Abend nutzbar ist. Es ist aber alles sauber und alles in allem ok. WLAN gibt es auch. Parkplätze an Haus sind zwar vorhanden, aber keine Garantie einen zu bekommen. Der Preis war auch etwas hoch, aber es war halt auch Hauptsaison. Die Vermieterin ist nett und unkompliziert, wir hatten aber auch wenig Kontakt.

Ein schöner Familienurlaub in Klenvoica

Der Empfang und die Übergabe der Wohnung erfolgte problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Blick vom Balkon richtet sich auf den Hafen und die Insel Krk. Fußläufig kann man den ruhigen Hafen und ein paar Restaurants, sowie Bäcker und den kleinen Konzum in nur 2 Minuten, den Hang hinunter, erreichen. Die zu Fuß zu erreichende Badebucht war uns aufgrund des in der Nähe gelegenen Campingplatzes zu rummelig, so dass wir mit dem Auto ca. 3 min die nächste Bucht in Smokvica Krmpotska besucht haben. Insgesamt ein schöner, ruhiger Familienurlaub. Wer Abwechslung sucht, kann den nächstgelegenen Touristenort Novi Vinodolskin ca. 10 km Entfernung besuchen.

Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Top Lage am Hang mit schöner Aussicht und der Fußweg zum Meer dauert nur ca. 5 Minuten. Es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Super nette Vermieterin.
