Voor verbetering vatbaar

Een mooi appartement op een prima locatie. Contact met agentschap verliep aanvankelijk goed, eenmaal ter plekke kregen we geen reactie meer. De beschrijving naar het huis was onduidelijk (ook door verschillende benamingen van het huis) en gedateerd. Contact met de huiseigenaar was moeizaam, zo hadden we geen contactgegevens en was ook niet altijd duidelijk of en wanneer de eigenaar thuis was. In de beschrijving stond wasmachine, airco, strijkijzer, fohn en tafeltennistafel. Die waren in dit huis niet aanwezig. We moesten aanvankelijk ook betalen voor het wassen, maar dat hoefde uiteindelijk niet. Wel was het onhandig met de planning van de wassen omdat het soms twee dagen duurde voordat de eigenaar tijd had voor de was. De oven werkte niet als we ook de kookplaat gebruikten. Er was geen linnen- en handdoekenwissel. Samenvattend was het een prima vakantie dankzij de locatie en het privézwembad (met ook een buitenhuis met BBQ-mogelijkheid), maar er is op het gebied van communicatie en gastvrijheid nog wel iets te winnen.

Ruhiges Appartement zum Runterkommen

Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein bisschen weniger Comfort als zuhause, aber das macht gar nichts. Großer Pool zum Toben, zwei, drei Bars in der Nähe und ein eigenes Grillstübchen im Garten. Was braucht der Mensch im Urlaub mehr?

Guten Tag Herr Skroch, vielen Dank für Ihren Ferienaufenthalt in unserer Villa Brioni 2. Eigentlich benötigt man wirklich nicht mehr, außer Sonne und Meer. Sie mit Ihrer Familie sind auch in Zukunft gern gesehen bei uns in Istrien. .... bis dahin - Ihre Dunja Duwe & Team
