We took our 3 dogs and we had two small kids the house was good, but heads up there are cactus in the yard, so just watch out for them. I do understand this has nothing to do with the owners. Cactus is all over Fort Morgan. Besides that the stay was great and the host checked in everyday.

It was a very short but plesant stay... we hope to come back soon when we are able to stay longer. The house is beautiful and spacious and such a short walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at this house! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and though the house is not right on the water, it's just a short walk away! I highly recommend staying here!

This neighborhood in Fort Morgan was very nice, not overly crowded, mostly families, nice beach. The neighborhood has a combination of newly renovated houses, new construction and houses that need to be renovated. This house needs to be renovated. It functions but barely. Property owner was very attentive and wanted our stay to be positive. Bottom line, we enjoyed our time in Fort Morgan and will likely return. We will stay in a different house, shooting for more like a Holiday Inn level experience than a Super 8 level experience.

The author of this review is unrecognizable to me. I have reached out to my previous guests at both properties to inquire more about this review and no one recognizes this review or the name of the author. Regardless, I’m the owner and I’ve been operating and managing my beach properties for 25 years. Everyone that stays with me has access to my personal cell phone 24/7. I always ask for a phone call if there’s anything that needs to be addressed or remedied. In this case, I have no idea as to what the situation was because it is so vague. Hopefully I can get more details to find out more but at this time I’m not even sure who left this review so I might be able to address it. If indeed, this is a valid review, I would ask the author to contact me please with more details. Moving forward, I look forward to hosting for the next 25 years and taking care of all of my guests! And thanks to all of you and my repeat guests who have stayed with me throughout my many years of host hosting!

Owner was quick to answer any and all questions. I would suggest renting a golf cart for your stay. It is a little walk to the beach. The beach was Great due to being a private beach. I’d definitely stay again!
