The house is also close to several hiking trails; it also offers the possibility of guided excursions along the ancient Via Francigena and other nature trails. ISA209 is located on the first floor with a fantastic Mediterranean garden surrounded by nature. The building consists of these 2 apartments with independent entrances. The two units are therefore ideal for families and friends who want to spend their vacations together without giving up their privacy.

Marina di Marittima is a coastal town that stretches for 5 km and offers great beaches next to lush forests with fantastic cliffs that form a paradise corner in the middle of the Mediterranean nature. Nearby is the well-known Castro Marina, famous for its tourist port and the bay of Acquaviva, so called for the myriad of waters that spring directly into the crystal clear sea. A must is to visit the cave of Zinzulusa, a unique attraction all year round thanks to its stalactites, stalagmites and picturesque karst creations. You are also just a few kilometers from Santa Cesarea Terme, one of the most famous resorts in the Salento region, with thermal facilities for sulfurous therapies. Some distances for your excursions: Otranto (22 km), Santa Maria di Leuca (21 km) with its beautiful 19th century villas, Gallipoli (46 km). From Marittima starts a route along the coast from Otranto to Leuca, which is one of the most charming routes of Francigene on the coast of Salento. The area is also the ideal place for trekking, as well as mountain biking among the sea, olive groves and orange orchards.
