Ideally located between Rennes, Vannes, Saint Nazaire and Nantes, in a small hamlet in blue schist stone typical of the Redon region. Come and relax and enjoy this house, quiet, decorated in vintage style. The house has a private parking, a large plot of land at the back with a small terrace. Nearby, you can discover the charming little village of Brain sur Vilaine and the banks of the Vilaine, the marsh of Gannedel (remarkable ornithological reserve), the forest and its many hiking trails. For cycling enthusiasts, it is the ideal place to criss-cross the small roads or to go mountain biking. From the cottage you can radiate and discover Saint Just and its megaliths, Lohéac and its car circuit, La Gacilly and its photo festival, Rochefort en terre, the forest of Brocéliande, the beaches of Morbihan and Loire Atlantique, La Baule, Guérande and its marshes...
