Very nice property. Close enough to town to drive in for a relaxing meal, far enough away that you forget town is there. The pool is perfect for an afternoon soak and the back patio was an enjoyable area to enjoy the sunsets.

Great place for young families. We were there with our 4 kiddos, aged 10 and under. Pool was great! Views beautiful. Comfy beds couch. Kitchen very well stocked. Quiet and a great place to head back to after exploring all that west Texas has to offer!

We had an incredible stay at this Marfa property! If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and unforgettable West Texas views, this is the place. Being away from town made it feel like a true escape, yet it had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked, making it easy to settle in and relax.The pool was the perfect place to cool off during the day and unwind in the evening while taking in the beautiful desert scenery. The sunsets and star-filled skies were absolutely breathtaking. We loved how quiet it was—you could truly disconnect and enjoy the beauty of the landscape.The hosts clearly put a lot of care into the property, and it shows. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base while exploring Marfa. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Merit Camp. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful details that made it feel special. We loved staying here. The house was very nice and the views are amazing. It is very close to town but it feels farther away. I look forward to staying there again.
