Close to nature and the city with balcony

The apartment offers you walking distance to the city center (10-15 minutes on foot) and, on the other hand, idyllic tranquility and closeness to nature. A bus stop and the Hardberg outdoor pool can be reached in 3-5 minutes. After a few meters you are in the forest and can jog, bike or climb the scenic panorama hiking trail.

You enter the bright apartment through a small entrance area with a cloakroom, the hallway with kitchen and living room or Bedroom. The entire old apartment is newly renovated and some have natural wood floors. Bathroom (with bathtub) and kitchen are also newly renovated and modernly equipped.
The bedroom is furnished with a 160 cm wide RUF leather bed, the living room with a sofa bed. From there it goes to the balcony, which offers you a 180 ° view of the surrounding nature.
Parking is usually on the street in front of the house. The apartment is suitable for 2-3 people.

Ideale ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist recht groß alles drin was man braucht. Schönes Bad, nur leider fehlt ein Regal oder ähnliches. Auf dem Balkon sind die Sessel sehr ramponiert. Empfehlenswert

Sehr schön und praktisch - très bel appartement bien situé

M. Kühne est très ouvert, il parle allemand, anglais et un peu français. Un livret d'accueil est fourni avec toutes les explications nécessaires (la gestion des poubelles en Allemagne est un peu compliquée). L'appartement du 3è étage est très fonctionnel, le balcon très agréable et donne sur un jardin en fond de vallée très joli, un écureuil vient de temps en temps.. La location est située à 350m du centre-ville et des Thermes de Caracalla. Baden-Baden est très agréable en mai-juin, on y rencontre beaucoup de français comme de russophones. Si vraiment il faut chercher un désavantage, le réfrigérateur mériterait d'être un peu plus grand, il est juste pour deux personnes, surtout si vous aimez boire de la bière fraîche !

herrlich gelegen und prima eingerichtet

Die Ferienwohnung ist idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen und ebenso prima in die Stadt eingebunden. Besondere Pluspunkte sind der herrliche Balkon und die sehr durchdacht eingerichtete Küche, die allen Komfort bietet, den solch ein Aufenthalt wünscht. Gerne wieder!!!!

Schöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Lage am Waldrand

Sehr schöne Wohnung in wirklich ruhiger Lage unmittelbar am Waldrand - von dort kann man gut kleinere Wanderungen machen. In ca. 150m Entfernung Busverbindungen in fast jede Richtung. Da wir eine andere Wohnung bekommen haben als die gebuchte, gibt es leider etwas Punktabzug bei der Beschreibung.

hübsch renovierte Wohnung in einem älteren Stadthaus

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einem älteren Stadthaus. Sie wurde offenbar kürzlich renoviert und ist gut in Schuss. Die Innentüren wurden anscheinend kürzlich gestrichen. Der alte Dielenboden blieb bei der Renovierung erhalten. Dass er ein bisschen knarzt, ist unvermeidlich, aber die Wohnung hat so mehr Charm als wenn man ihn durch einen Allerweltslaminatboden ersetzt hätte. Der Blick vom Balkon ist sehr erfreulich, nämlich auf den Wald und eine nahe gelegene Kirche gerichtet. Das Bad ist modern und es funktioniert alles gut. Die Küche hat ebenfalls alles, was man braucht. Wissen sollte man, dass die in der Anzeige erwähnte Waschmaschine und der Trockner nicht zur Wohnung gehören. Es handelt sich anscheinend um die Geräte des Vermieters und sie werden von mehreren vermieteten Wohnungen im Haus mitbenutzt. Typisch für Häuser aus dieser Zeit, sind Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer in etwa gleich groß. Die Küche hatte zumindest während meines Aufenthaltes keine Tür, aber in der sommerlichen Hitze will man eh nicht Kochen, da spielt das keine Rolle. Der Vermieter legt erfreulicherweise Wert auf die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe, was bei der hellhörigen Bauweise definitiv ein Pluspunkt ist. Einen Nachteil hat die Wohnung leider: Es gibt keinen festen Parkplatz und dass man auf der Straße vorm Haus oder in der Nähe einen findet, ist angesichts der dichten Bebauung sehr unwahrscheinlich. Realistischerweise kann man ca 400m entfernt einen Parkplatz am Straßenrand finden. Man sollte also nicht allzu viel Gepäck dabei haben, sonst wird das Ein- und Ausladen ziemlich lästig. Alles in allem eine nette Stadtwohnung, die für ein bis zwei Personen gut geeignet ist.

We really enjoyed our trip to Baden Baden, the apartment was very clean and spacious and only twenty minutes walk into town or a short bus ride away. There was shops and bars just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Tolle Wohnung in super Umgebung

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß), nahe am Wald mit einem tollen Ausblick vom Balkon. Top ausgestattet mit neuem Bad und neuer Küche. Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert. Wir haben eine super Woche in Baden-Baden erlebt und würden jederzeit hier wieder wohnen. Eine Bushaltstelle ist keine 3 Minuten entfernt, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann um die Stadt zu erkunden. Frankreich ist keine 20 Minuten entfernt (Shopping-Tipp: Roppenheim), aber auch Touren durch die Umgebung einfach zu starten.

Für ein paar Tage völlig ausreichend

Die Fewo befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus (Altbau). Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und für 2 Personen ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider war bei unseren Besuch kein Fernseher da, aber dafür kolstenloses WLAN. Die Kirche hat zur Nacht auch die Glocken abgestellt. Parken ist ein wenig Glücksache aber man findet schon einen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und Hilfreich. Schön ist auch der Blick auf den riesigen Garten mit alten Baumbestand. Ins Zentrum kann man in einer halben Stunde laufen oder mit dem Bus 3 Stationen fahren. Die Wohngegend ist nicht die nobelste aber Nachts war es ruhig. Fazit: Für ein paar Tage ist diese Wohnung durchaus brauchbar. Richtig negative Erfahrungen haben wir nicht gemacht. Hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit der Wohnung.
