It is a beautiful and spacious home. My husband and I especially liked the sitting area in the master bedroom, we want to get away for some quiet time. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We would never stay here again! The only air conditioning in the house was main living areas. None of the bedrooms had AC. Sleeping in. 80 temp. Called the host and he told us the thermostat was complicated but gave us the instructions to change master bedroom settings. Those instructions didnt work. It was absolutely terrible!! If the thermostat is SO complicated he should have set it when he knew he had guests! And there was no relief in the other 2 bedrooms. They didnt have AC EITHER!

Perfect Midland location

I have stayed in this property multiple times. It is plenty large, and has fantastic common areas. It is very centrally located, within 5-10 minutes from anywhere in Midland. The host, Steven, was very responsive.

Dive Meet

We were in town for a dive meet. There were 5 of us and our dog. It provided us plenty of room to relax and was close to the Natatorium.

Pets allowed but yard not secure to allow them to run in yard. Definitely not cleaned to VRBO standards (trash in cans, dirt and leaves along walls, kitchen sink dirty) strong sewer smell in all bathrooms. Removed pillow cases to wash and was absolutely shocked at stains etc. on bare pillow. Email check in had to be corrected by host (changed codes & location of Wifi router). Host scheduled a plumber at 1030 on check out day, check out at 1100.

I was greeted by a belligerent drunk, that had nothing but angry words and cussing at me before his arrival it ended the same way. I have no response to any of this.

Visit Grandchildren

Selected this property based on its size and location. The location of this property was ideal. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very nice and had plenty of room for my 3 grandchildren and their parents. Had nice courtyards to sit and for using the grill for burgers and dogs. I would stay again.

Fantastic mini mansion!

If you want a place with lots of rooms and amenities this is the one. Located in the heart of Midland you have quick access to everything. Plus, Steven is the greatest host by far. Responsive, professional and friendly is his nature.
