Antique Victorian 2 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms on shared property with owner. Freshly painted exterior. Sunny private yard and deck, well equipped kitchen, wood burning stove and propane heat, claw foot soaking tub, wireless internet, dedicated work space, plenty of outside space including vegetable gardens and fruit trees. Easy 15 minute walk down the hill to Mendocino village, slightly more strenuous walk back up the hill! Service animals welcome with notice. Please message owner with questions about minimum stays, listed as 30 day minimum and intended for longer rentals for traveling professionals and healthcare workers but some shorter terms are possible. Contact owner to inquire.

Hi! I'm Stephanie and this is my dad Walter. We live in two separate buildings on the property with the rental. I manage a bed and breakfast in Mendocino Village so I am away from the property most days. My dad is a retired university professor who mostly takes care of our 14 year old dog Maya who you will meet! This is why we say no pets as she roams around the property and can be startled by other animals. While there are shared outdoor spaces there are also private areas for you to enjoy. We can be available to assist you at a moments notice or if you prefer privacy you will have it. We look forward to hosting you!
