Welcome to another beautiful condominium in Mesquite by Cool Properties LLC. Search on YouTube "Cool Properties Desert Willow Mesquite" for a video tour.
You'll enjoy our spacious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located at the Springs in Mesquite, NV. This beautiful condominium has a 2 car garage, fully equipped laundry room, and is located on the ground floor. The clubhouse, with its beautiful pool, spa, and gym is adjacent to the condo and the Jensen Park and dog park is a short half block away. Enjoy your time at the Casa Blanca with its gorgeous golf course or relax with a massage and spa treatment. We hope you choose to stay with us. Desert Willow is located in a quiet neighborhood. Across the street is Jensen Taylor Park with lots of play equipment for the kids and dog park for Sparky. You'll definitely enjoy this clean and peaceful location. Parking is not a problem for this place. Walk right into the condo from our spacious two car garage.

Great Mesquite Stay

First time for an extended stay in Mesquite. This unit was ideal for two couples & close to all actvities we were doing. The complex/neighborhood is quiet & well maintained. Enjoyed the pool area briefly as weather was cool, but impressed by it's cleanliness.

Very nice property. Meet our needs.

I would have liked to see thing stocked a little better. We stayed for 6 days and had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and basic kitchen essentials. There could have been a better selection of pots and pans as we cooked almost every night. Overall, it worked well and we would book again.

This property was spacious and clean, and tastefully furnished in a neutral color scheme. The seating area included a small sofa and easy chair, both of which reclined and were super comfortable. There's a large screen smart TV with many streaming options such as Netflix and Hulu. However, guests must log into their individual accounts to use any of the streaming apps. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The one downside for us was the lack of activities or restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect Condo

This little condo was great! Perfect location, about a ten min walk to the CasaBlanca. There is a Family Dollar about two blocks away. Very clean and perfect size for two couples.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and pillows were great too. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have needed. We didn’t spend much time in the condo because we were there for a tournament, but when we made our way back…it was very relaxing and accommodating. We will stay here for every tournament in mesquite going forward.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this beautiful 2 bedroom condo the minute I saw it. It is ground floor and so spacious with 1100 square feet of living space. The 2 car garage is great when you have a trailer to pull or coordinating vacation time with friends or family.

What makes this property unique

This condo is just a few yards from Jensen Trails Park, a beautiful park with playground equipment for the kids, BBQs and picnic benches, and even a dog park for our furry friends. Located just a mile from the Casa Blanca Hotel and Casino and the Coyote Springs Golf course, this place has something for everyone.
