Modern, clean and calm. Our 3 bedroom condo is the perfect spot to get away. Located on the Sunbrook Golf Course (Blackrock Nine Holes), it offers lovely views from the patio, living room and master bedroom of the Red Mountains and Pine Valley. Private one car garage and the owner has provided two bikes for your use. Community hot tub is heated year-round and the pool is heated from May through October. Desk area provides a space to work from home. The unit is located on the second floor of the building access is via stairs not, no elevator in this building. Please note, the Sienna project is under construction and you may hear construction noise during the day time hours. ** Please note the poll hot tub and clubhouse have been demolished and are under construction until October of 2024.

Move to St George

Moved the family from Texas to St George and found this condo listing that was pet friendly (not many are in this location). It is the perfect size for the four of us with plenty of room and privacy. We loved the property and highly recommend it! The condo was great and when we had a slight issue, both the property manager and owner were extremely helpful. Neighbors are also very friendly!

Why they chose this property

Sienna is a combination of both old and new. This unit is located in the older of the two buildings, but still very clean and well kept. The year round hot tub, quick access to local hiking and biking trails as well as golf courses, make this the perfect getaway.
