Public transport at the foot of the building (line L5 and COROL); Tram on campus a few steps away. In the apartment you will find indications for public transport as well as useful addresses in the area.

Like-new accommodation on the 1st floor (with lift) in a building from the 2000s. With a surface area of 62 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of an entrance open to the living room, a kitchen open to a room and an alcove serving as a dining area; all adjoining a large covered terrace without vis-à-vis.
A separate toilet and a bathroom complete the premises.
2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140 for one and 2 single beds for the other. A sleeping option is offered on the pull-out sofa (for 2 people).
A baby cot is available on request.
No parties or parties. After prior agreement, we may arrange for you to enter the premises outside the usual hours

ATTENTION: Please note that in order to minimise costs, we offer bare rental. However, for your comfort, it is possible to opt for the following additional OPTIONS:
● BED, HOUSEHOLD AND TOWELS: 15 euros for the double bed, 10 euros per single bed occupied. However, if you wish, you can choose to bring your own linen.
● END-OF-STAY CLEANING: The apartment must be returned in the condition in which you will find it. To do this, you can choose to do the cleaning yourself; the equipment and products are on site. We offer you the option of doing it for you for 60 euros.
An automatic email will be sent to you about a week before your arrival reminding you of these available options (this is only a proposal, nothing is mandatory). We thank you for answering it to prepare the apartment as well as possible.PGJyPg
IMPORTANT REMINDER: it is imperative not to cause the slightest disturbance during the day and night by noise and it is imperative to impose rules of etiquette on yourself in order to avoid area disturbances. No nuisance will be tolerated after 11:00 p.m.
