The comfortable 2-room apartment OG 1 is located on the first floor of Villa Germania only 40 meters from the beach. It has a combination room with a double bed, a dining area and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room with a comfortable seating area is located in the closed, glazed porch and here you have a beautiful, unobstructed lake view. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Germania have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). The apartment also has a beach chair on the beach access directly in front of the villa, which you can use free of charge from May to September. A washing machine, a dryer and the sauna area with relaxation room can be used for a fee (coins).
The Villa Germania is a very beautiful, completely renovated Art Nouveau villa in the first row directly on the beach promenade of the seaside resort Ahlbeck. The famous Ahlbeck pier and the village center with grocery shopping, a bakery and numerous restaurants and boutiques are just a 3-minute walk away.The apartments of Villa Germania all have password-protected Wi-Fi (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and per device ) as well as a parking space. In addition, each apartment has its own beach chair on Ahlbeck beach (access in front of the villa), which is available free of charge from May to September. In front of the villa you can use the garden equipped with beach chairs and furniture. In addition, there is a storage room for bicycles on the property and in the house you can use for a fee, a washing machine and a dryer (coin operated). A sauna with relaxation room is also available for a fee (coin device).
