The property looks beautiful in photos, but it is even more stunning in person. The sunset was beautiful while looking over the water to New York. The beds were so comfortable and the decor was amazing!

Beautiful and cozy stay! The kitchen was stocked with any cookware or appliance you could think to use. The outdoor space was beautiful! It is a little drafty in the house so make sure someone knows how to work a wood stove. With the stove, it’s such a cozy living room to relax and enjoy some hazy beers! We would love to come back in the summer.

10/10. We had a beautiful weekend celebrating our daughter's wedding at the "Camp". The house had everything we needed to make a memorable weekend . The young kids loved all the lawn games and we enjoyed the fire pit with smores. The beds were very comfy and warm as we had an early taste of the beautiful crisp fall weather. The home is older which adds to its charm but has lots of newer amenities . The kitchen had everything we needed for a large family group. Owners promptly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

An amazing week with friends at Barney Point. The house is incredible and is very well stocked throughout. Everything you would need in the kitchen, playing at the beach, on the lawn, or riding bikes. A fantastic location just minutes away from biking and walking trails and a 15 minute drive into Burlington.

The Camp was the perfect setting for a milestone birthday gathering with family coming from different locations! The views were spectacular - amazing sunsets and stargazing at night, and large dining tables both inside and out allowed us to share meals together comfortably and enjoy the beautiful weather. We made much use of the kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles, as well as the amazing puzzle board (which I believe will be ordered by a few of our group!).The kitchen is extremely well stocked, which made meal prep so enjoyable that our group preferred to eat in. And the cozy nooks were perfect for curling up with a book, as were the very comfortable beds.All in all, this was a wonderful stay that gave us lots of fun and good memories - many thanks!

Beautiful view of lake, lovely landscaping, large yard. Several porches. Owner has supplied many welcoming seating arrangements, tables, games and recreational equipment staples for a fun lake experience and for gathering in the yard. Paddle boats, kayaks, bicycles, chairs and tables outside, and a fire pit for group gatherings. Owner has designed the inside of the cabin likewise with many nooks and crannies for gatherings and quiet spaces for both individuals and large groupings. A lot of attention to detail is provided to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Owner was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to questions and welcomed communications to make our stay as nice as possible. Genuine and thoughtful. Well stocked kitchen.

The host provided you with luxury, comfort, and a thorough inventory of items to make your stay a trip to remember!The property afforded you magnificent views of Lake Champlain, and the Adirondack mountains. You can view it from the hammock, the swing, various points throughout the yard in very comfortable rockers and Adirondack chairs.We were provided with the use of multiple bikes, paddle boards, a ping-pong table, and other yard and board games. They even left us the fixings to make s’mores over the fire pit! Nothing was left out.The home is furnished to give you a cozy comfortable experience. They were many nooks to cuddle up with a book or have a private conversation. Multiple tables to enjoy your meal from outside by the lake to the back porch to the inside dining.The bedding was extremely comfortable and luxurious. We were able to open the windows and enjoy the natural breeze.We were a group of seven adults and we were in unanimous agreement that this was an extremely special property and that the property owners did an excellent job at hosting. I would give it a 10 rating!I am leaving with a lot of gratitude to the host for providing me with such an amazing experience. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and a very thorough book of instructions to help you maximize the amenities that were available to you!

This was the perfect summer camp experience for adults! 8 first cousins from 6 states had the best time in this rustic but well appointed home. We were able to be together in community or break off into little reading or conversation nooks. Would highly recommend this home and host.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and it was such a cool house. There were so many amenities- stocked kitchen, grills, chairs, and the lake toys kept us busy. The decor in the house gave it charm and character. I can't say enough about this incredible property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for sharing and allowing our group of 10 to enjoy vacation together.

Extended family getaway

Enjoyed the sunsets from the beautiful lawn each night after a long day of recreation. Perfect spot for running, kayaking, and biking which our group enjoyed each day. We also enjoyed many delicious meals in nearby Burlington.

Beautiful Property

Views of Lake are all around. Best stocked home we have stayed in. Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, yard games were all top notch. Nearby Causeway Trail is amazing and easy for bike trips to downtown. Lovely place to stay.
