P71 - 7 bed, 6 bath up/down duplex in Key Colony!

Thank you so much for the kind words about the home—we’re thrilled to hear it was a perfect fit for your family Christmas vacation. I’m sorry to hear about the missing hangers and the broken ironing board. That’s certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. Had we known during your stay, we would have delivered hangers and replaced the ironing board right away. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll make sure these items are addressed for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again. Best regards, Leslie Christensen American Coastal Vacation Rentals

Thank you for your feedback. We believe this review may have been left in error, as it does not reflect what was reported to us during your stay. The home is equipped with two fully functioning stoves. During your visit, you notified us that a component on one of the stoves was loose, and we immediately dispatched an appliance technician, who promptly resolved the issue. Additionally, the home was thoroughly inspected prior to your arrival, and the floors were clean with no signs of insects. As part of our standard guest service, we also contacted you before your departure to ensure everything was going well, and none of these concerns were mentioned at that time. Had we been made aware of any additional issues, we would have been happy to address them immediately. We encourage future guests to read our many other reviews, which consistently reflect the high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality that have made this home a guest favorite.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that providing information before your stay can feel like a lot, but please know these details are required by the City for vacation rentals. We are obligated to collect a full guest list, the number of vehicles, and boat size (if applicable) to ensure the home has sufficient parking and dockage. Our team reached out multiple times only because we did not receive the necessary information from you, and we cannot finalize check-in details without it. We appreciate your understanding that these steps are in place to comply with city regulations and to make sure your stay runs smoothly.
