Pearl is a beautiful fully renovated duplex apartment, located on the second and top floor (no elevator) of a quiet and sought-after residence in the rear Corniche area of Concarneau. Its prime location, just a short walk from the seaside and the city center, makes it the perfect place for a successful holiday combining relaxation, walks, and discoveries.



From the moment you arrive, you will be charmed by the apartment’s brightness. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant dining area, ideal for enjoying breakfast bathed in natural light thanks to its two large windows. The spacious living room is warm and comfortable, offering both a lounge area and a dining space, perfect for sharing convivial moments. This area opens onto a small balcony overlooking the street, ideal for getting some fresh air. A separate WC completes this level.



Upstairs, the sleeping area invites you to relax. You will find two lovely bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm bed, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings.
