About this property

Bright, friendly apartment with balcony for rent

An approx. 90 sqm south-west oriented apartment with shower room and toilet, large living-kitchen area, comfortable seating and dining table for self-catering.
One bedroom has a large double bed, the bedroom in the upper area is equipped with 2 single beds. The balcony can be reached directly from the living area. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. With us you have free wifi. It is about 35-50 km to the North Sea, depending on which coastal town or port you would like to go to. On site we have designated quarry ponds with sand and loungers, but without swimming supervision. the port city of Emden (Otto Hus) is 22 km from here. The town of Leer is 10 km away, Aurich about 20 km. The flower city Wiesmoor is 35 km from here. Great bike tours can be done from Warsingsfehn. Papenburg with the Meyer shipyard are about 40 km away.
In the kitchen area you will find a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The balcony is about 25 square meters. Table and chairs are a matter of course. Parking at the house. The garden can be shared. The stay is at least 4 days.
We live in the main house and are available for you if you wish.
The apartment has a separate staircase and its own entrance.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr Familienfreundlich, unkompliziert und zuvorkommend! Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub in der tollen Ferienwohnung. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung und die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Wir waren mit Teenies da und diese waren auch total begeistert vom Kurzurlaub!

Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend große Wohnung. Große Terrasse vorhanden. In der Nähe auch zu Fuß zu erreichen sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Nette Vermieter. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

... in ruhiger Lage. In der Ferienwohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Sehr gemütlich. Alles was wir für unseren täglichen Bedarf benötigt haben, war gut erreichbar. Viele tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen es gern weiter.

Sind Sie wirklich in unserer Ferienwohnung gewesen? Sie hatten wunderbares Wetter, morgens im Ess- und Küchenbereich schon die Sonne und bis zum Abend die Sonne im Süd- Westen. Wir vermieten seit 1994, aber noch kein Gast hat sich über eine etwas dunkle Wohnung beschwert. Leider haben Sie den großen geräumigen Balkon kaum genutzt. Trotzdem waren Sie uns liebe Gäste, aber ich konnte die Dunkelheit nicht so stehen lassen. Liebe Grüße Familie Röben

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Zeit in Warsingsfehn in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen, besonders hat uns der Balkon mit Blick in den Garten gefallen. Alles war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne saubere geräumige und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. In der Ferienwohnung ist es schön ruhig, dies ist uns im Urlaub sehr wichtig. Im Bad gibt es viele Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Filtertüten etc. Der Kühlschrank hat ein kleines Gefrierfach. Die Betten sind bequem und es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank in den übrigen Zimmern gibt es viele Schränkchen und Kommoden. Es gibt viel Info-Material für Unternehmungen in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Urlaub bei Almut Röben

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine 2. Garnitur Handtücher würde uns direkt angeboten, alles super. Das in Warsingsfehn keine einzige Gaststätte mehr ist, dafür können ja die Gastgeber nichts. Für unsere E-Bikes war genug Platz und wir konnten sie sogar direkt aufladen. Rundherum alles super
