House ideally located near main entrance and beside Club House with 2-car port, WIFI, 55" Roku 4k TV, alarm system, ceiling fans in bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen, air conditioning, stove extraction hood, fire extinguisher and smoke alarms.

The space
Community has 24-hour security with keycard automated access to premises. Amenities include swimming pool, gym, tennis & basketball courts, soccer field with lounge area for sitting, playing pool or table tennis. Ideal for cycling, jogging or walking.

Guest access
House includes 2-car driveway. Additional vehicles may park at the Club House parking next to house. Paved sidewalks and speed bumps add to community safety.

Perfect House!

This house was beautiful and immaculate. The owner was so communicative and helpful with everything we needed. We stayed right across from the Grand Palladium for a wedding and it was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

Kristenne made it so easy to be a host. From jump with the initial communication to arrival and departure, she and her husband were the ideal guests in every way and left the house in pristine condition. Open door welcome for them to return anytime!
