We had a great stay. This is our second time to stay at this property and it was as good of a stay as the first time. We will be back again. The property is clean and well stocked and very comfortable. It is also easy to communicate with the owner for any needs.
A group of us were looking for a large multi-bedroom location near to town. The property was a perfect fit for our needs and enabled us to cook meals as desired or walk into town when we wanted to eat out.
The family had a wonderful time at your amazing home. The kitchen is well-stocked and having an outdoor grill and black-stone griddle made cooking a dream. We loved sitting outdoors by the fire pit at night eating s’mores, talking, and listening to music. The house was well maintained, and the welcome baskets were appreciated.Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing home. DT Murphy
There were 15 people staying, room to spread out if needed and we could also be together in the great room with plenty space. The showers and beds were great. We parked 4 cars & 2 pickups. Drive acouple minutes to down town. A great place to stay.
Red River is our favorite place and this property helped make it even better. The property has plenty of room for kids to play outside, everyone had room inside to relax, and sleeping arrangements made for a very relaxing weekend. There was plenty of parking for our trailers and side by sides. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Overall, a great property that we’ll absolutely look to stay at again.
The property was excellent for our needs. It was great having two separate living/kitchen areas. The bedrooms were spacious with good-sized closets. The bunk rooms accommodated the children well. Wonderful property for a family gathering.
This house worked perfectly for us! Close to town and hiking trails. Loved walking to see the horses. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Red River. Very kid friendly. Stools at sinks to wash hands, baby gates for stairs, etc.
We had a big family trip planned and this house was perfect! Lots of kitchen space to cook and big tables to eat. Every family had their own bathroom and space. So close to town and all activities we wanted to do. The property owner was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
We loved this place. It was just perfect for our friendcation of 20! Owners were very helpful and friendly. Out of town but bus came and picked us up and dropped us off!
The house was great and accommodated for our needs which was a huge blessing! Also the proximity to town was great as well! I’d recommend staying here.
Family enjoyed the bathrooms , location, two kitchens, Front Porch, privacy, two separate areas, spacious, privacy of fire pit, garage bind, extra propane, nice grill, access to the breweries, restaurants, recreation activities.we will rent it again. Awesome
I was impressed with the cleanliness and the decor of the cabin. It made us feel right at home. My kids and grandkids vacationed with us and it fit our big families needs well. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks, coffee, creamer etc. There was dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, ans paper products. I was glad to not have to run to the store for those. The cabin is located 1/2 mile east of the town of Red River. It was an easy walk to food and shopping. We loved sitting out on the front porch a taking in the mountain views! It is a quiet property, which surprised me because it backs up to Highway 38. There was very little traffic on that road. Red River stable and pasture are closeby and my grandkids loved walking too the stables to pet the horses! Will definitely come again!
Will be coming here again. Close to the lifts and town. If you forget anything, don’t worry, they probably have it there for you. From spices, coffee, K-cups, snacks and drinks to laundry soap and shampoo/conditioner. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. We let the kids enjoy one side with 2 couches and recliners and we enjoyed adult time on the other cooking, playing games and conversation all while cooking in the open kitchen. Love this place!!
