At the Cottonwoods we have enough space to fit & accommodate the whole family. There are two full kitchens, two comfy living rooms, six bathrooms and six bedrooms to fit up to 20 guests. The Cottonwoods offer WIFIi, SATELLITE TV, BBQ GRILL, 2 FIREPLACES, 2 WASHERS & 2 DRYERS and 2 fully stocked kitchen & appliances.

We are located a mile away from the Red River Ski Area and a short distance walk to Red River Stables & Main Street.

Great place for a big family!

This place was great for our growing family. The two kitchens are so nice when you are preparing all your meals. It was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with plenty of paper towels and trash bags as well. We will be back!

Family Ski Trip

We had a great stay. This is our second time to stay at this property and it was as good of a stay as the first time. We will be back again. The property is clean and well stocked and very comfortable. It is also easy to communicate with the owner for any needs.

This house was a great size for our family group of 10. The hosts were terrific with responsive communication. The house was extremely well stocked (much better than previous VRBO experiences)l stocked. When we ran low on paper towels, the host quickly provided an additional supply. The house is very close to downtown Red River which was nice for shopping and dining out.

We had a big family trip planned and this house was perfect! Lots of kitchen space to cook and big tables to eat. Every family had their own bathroom and space. So close to town and all activities we wanted to do. The property owner was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

This house worked perfectly for us! Close to town and hiking trails. Loved walking to see the horses. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Red River. Very kid friendly. Stools at sinks to wash hands, baby gates for stairs, etc.

Great Property for a group

Red River is our favorite place and this property helped make it even better. The property has plenty of room for kids to play outside, everyone had room inside to relax, and sleeping arrangements made for a very relaxing weekend. There was plenty of parking for our trailers and side by sides. Communication with the property manager was easy and she was very responsive. Overall, a great property that we’ll absolutely look to stay at again.

The family had a wonderful time at your amazing home. The kitchen is well-stocked and having an outdoor grill and black-stone griddle made cooking a dream. Had a great week with our children and grandchildren! House was perfect for us, plenty of room and very well stocked in all areas. Decorated with beautiful wall hangings and pieces of pottery throughout. Convenient to town and walking to coffee shop and shopping. We enjoyed the cool mornings and evenings on the front porch and made delicious steaks and burgers on the grill and griddle. Fishing and hiking close by for all ages. Had a good day of guided fishing by Costillo, floated the Rio Grande River and took a beautiful afternoon trip up to Goose Lake, and enjoyed the view at top of ski lift. Lots of game tournaments in the evenings. Fun week for our family. Thank you, Jennifer, for hosting us in your great home.
