The villa features a 25 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers. All rooms face south, ensuring plenty of natural light.

On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with a television.

The kitchenette includes a bottled gas stove, a mini-oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a microwave.

The bathroom with toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm).
