Bright apartment of 26 m² + 7 m² terrace, sleeps 4 offering a beautiful view of the sea and the main and central Mediterranean square of Canet-Plage, ideally located with direct access to the beach and all local shops without the need for a vehicle (supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, bank, catering and shops ...).
The apartment is on the 6th floor with 2 elevators in a luxury residence "Le Casino", secured by badge.

Description fully furnished and equipped apartment:
- Entrance with kitchen: MO oven, mini electric oven, vitro stove 2 fireplaces, top fridge-freezer, Senséo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, crockery for 4 + kitchen utensils, plenty of storage
- sleeping area with a sea view window (can be closed by PVC folding door): a double bed, pillows and blankets provided
- living room with bay window: a sofa bed (sleeps 2), table + 4 chairs, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, storage cabinet, shoe cupboard, vacuum cleaner
- bathroom: bathtub shower, sink, washing machine, WC, vanity unit, storage cabinet

Canet-plage is a dynamic seaside resort with its many day and evening entertainment (markets, musical entertainment, activities for children), its gently sloping sandy beaches ideal for children with its monitoring stations all day long without forget its marina, its nautical stadium and its beautiful aquarium.
Many activities nearby (water sports, beach club for the whole family, mini-golf, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, casino, nightclubs ...)

Canet-plage is a tourist holiday resort ideally located between sea and mountains for a total change of scenery. You pass from the sandy beach by the pond and its fishing village to the Pyrenees in just a few minutes, while admiring the Mont Canigou in passing and being at the gates of Spain in 30 minutes.

Rental contract sent as soon as the reservation is made, to be returned signed and accompanied by a deposit check in the amount of € 280 (not cashed) and delivered within 10 days of the rental departure, subject to condition places consistent with that of arrival.

Possibility of renting a linen pack (sheets + bath sheets + hand towel) at a rate of 15 € per person.
Tourist tax fees included in the price.

Appartement mal agancé, plaque électrique rouillée, aurait besoin d'être changée, salle de bain où il est difficile de se bouger entre la machine à laver et le lavabo, remplacer la baignoire par une douche rendrait la pièce plus fonctionnelle. Mettre au minimum un rouleau de papier toilette et de sopalin. En revanche vue agréable sur la mer

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances! L'appartement est vraiment juste à coté de la plage, en plein centre de Canet! Une superbe vue, tant le jour que la nuit. Nous étions deux à loger et c'était fonctionnel et agréable. Le seul hic: Trouvé une place à proximité. En cherchant bien on trouve et il faut pas avoir peur de marcher un petit peu!

Juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un parking privé car parking payant et très difficile de trouver une place dans les petites rues autour ! Point positif l'appartement est très proche de la plage et des commerces, une fois garé plus besoin de la voiture !
