This house is ideal for enjoying a holiday with family or friends, renovated with modern style. There is an outdoor courtyard at the front of the house with a private parking space inside, allowing you to park your vehicle securely.

In addition, Wi-Fi is included so you can stay connected during your stay.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a TV area and dining space, with direct access to a spacious terrace at the rear of the house with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. A bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet are also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and a cot, with storage, wardrobes, and access to both terraces. Also upstairs is a second bathroom with a separate toilet.

Enjoy a worry-free holiday where everything is within walking distance: entertainment, shops, restaurants, and the beach are all right at your doorstep!

Optional extras: Linens are not provided but can be reserved in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).

You will be asked to pay your security deposit. The "Swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be completed before your arrival (no cash or checks accepted).
