This is a lovely big villa in the countryside half way between Marseillan and Agde. The good bits about that are that the views from the villa and the back patio are great looking over the huge garden and vineyards and it is quiet. The downside is that you need a car even to buy milk. The two towns are not far away- about 7 mins drive to either. There are also lots of good beaches within 10-15 minutes drive and plenty of sightseeing a little further afield. The villa has a good sized pool and a bar b cue house opposite the pool. The games room isn't as good as it looks. The table football is OK but the pool table is a wreck. We liked the metal shutters that came down over every window and door at the push of a button making us feel really secure as well as keeping the mossies out. There were 3 showers but only 2 toilets and an extra toilet would be a good thing for any bigger group. We had a great holiday here for a family of 6 and think most people would.
