The first is undoubtedly for the view from the living room and the terrace. Every day the show is renewed with this exceptional view of the Gulf of Love. You will not tire of the diversity of sunrises with a thousand colors on the tip of the Madrague. It's a festival.
The 28m² green terrace is particularly pleasant with its jacuzzi, its plancha, its dining area. It is a place of conviviality that will leave you with memories of the good times spent with your loved ones.
The living room with its generous duplex ceiling volume, bathed in light with the large double bay window facing south-east with direct access to the terrace and still this view of the port and the sea.
Want to sit down to read a good book, watch a movie, enjoy the living room with its comfortable sofa and armchairs.
Do you like to cook for your loved ones while staying connected with them? This will be possible with the fully equipped kitchen, with its bar/dining area and open to the living room. It's up to you!
A COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA
To ensure that you have a good night's sleep, the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with recent and quality bedding. Each room is equipped with 2 single beds that can be grouped together on request with mattress toppers for your comfort.
They are spread over 2 separate areas.
The air-conditioned master suite on the mezzanine, under the roof. It is a cocoon with a trendy decoration mixing industrial glass roof, solid parquet flooring, soothing colors. It is also a particularly comfortable space with its surface area, dressing room, bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower, a corner bathtub. The water closet is separated. You also have a large office space for 2 people on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.
The other two bedrooms are located on the northwest side of the main level.
They are both air-conditioned and equipped with storage space.
The second bathroom with sink and walk-in shower is located near the two bedrooms as well as a separate water closet. It is also easily accessible from the living area and offers a separate laundry area with a washing/drying machine.
Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of the place and recharge your batteries in the typical atmosphere of an old Mediterranean town with a typical Provençal rhythm of life for a sweet change of scenery.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation, only on the terrace. It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-11am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on the edge of the old port and the old town of La Ciotat.
You have direct access to the street of poilus, the main shopping street of the old town which takes you 500m to the quays of the old port.
You are a 400m walk from the Capucins beach. The calanques of Mugel and Figuerolles are just under 2km away.
The old centre can be explored quietly along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the centre being pedestrianised. You will find shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket within walking distance.
We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
