In a secure residence with a swimming pool, this charming, well-equipped bungalow comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed (click-clack), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a shower room with WC.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, and air conditioning; and one bedroom with a bunk bed (140 cm bottom / 90 cm top), wardrobe, and air conditioning. There is also a separate WC.

Two terraces (front and rear)/veranda.
Private parking is available on the front terrace.

Two garden furniture sets and an outdoor bench are provided.

Sleeps 5-6 people. Sleeping arrangements: one double bed (140 cm), one sofa bed, one bunk bed (140/90 cm).

Amenities: air conditioning in each bedroom; flat-screen TV; fridge/freezer. 3-burner induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker...

Our opinion: A villa in very good condition, in a peaceful setting, within a pleasant residence with a swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.
