The open living area makes spending time together a breeze. Sit together on the comfortable couches for light conversations over morning shows. Meal planning won’t be a concern with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and abundant storage space. Your favorite foods will taste even better with a side of beach views. Seat 6 at the dining table in front of the windows, or bring your feast outside to dine al fresco on the covered deck.

Enjoy lazy mornings in your private bedroom. The primary king suite boasts deck access and a luxurious en suite bathroom - double vanity, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The kids and teens get their own retreat with the 2-twin bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living area for additional space.

With easy neighborhood access, you can hit the beach at any time of the day. Walk the dog along the coast in the mornings, ride the waves with the kids in the afternoon, or enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Don’t forget to make plans at the Pointe West Resort. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Beautiful view!
I first off…never post reviews…because I’m particular. The view and condo was so AMAZING it warranted a review! It is a wall to wall ocean view the moment you walk in! Beautiful! It was Super clean! I’d never know that dogs are allowed! Super beautiful view, great well maintained property…nice neighborhood community and landscaping. Well stocked with plates, cups & cooking items. Back patio is the best and is perfect to start the day with coffee or end it with wine. The location to the beach, pool, elevator, parking spot, all perfect! We will definitely be back! Now…the things I learned… Don’t bother renting a golf cart, you can’t take it to the beach. It’s a mostly non-vehicular beach. There used to be a restaurant and pool side bar/grill at the beach club, but it’s no longer there since Covid hit. There are a few food trucks that came and went… an acai bowl place, Italian ice and coffee truck which were nice. The Galvestonite bistro (about 4 miles away) was amazing food and allowed pups on the patio.

It truly is an amazing condo and location - we've stayed here before and will again. I gave it 4 stars this time as there were some issues. The elevator was constantly broken (which is fine except the condo is on the 3rd floor and we had to walk our dogs multiple times a day), the water was turned off several times and there wasn't any communication as to what was going on or when the water would be turned back on, the light switch in the master bathroom sent sparks and scared the bejesus out of me and the code to the condo stopped working. I had to go to the office in my night shirt (was trying to be sneaky and walk the dogs quickly) and got attitude from the young lady at the reception desk. Lastly, the restaurant and bar at the beach club were closed for renovations and we found out when we arrived. With this said, it was still a fabulous vacation and I still recommend this property.

Just as described.....
Property is just as pictured. There were beach towels, a roller cooler, and a beach wagon in the closet for us to use. Nice binder with ideas of things to do and information about the island. Well stocked kitchen and an electric grill was on the patio. Don't forget those trash bags, only two were provided. We had a great time and never a shortage of things to do.
