Welcome to Sunset Pointe. Escape to the coast and relax in this beautiful condo in the upscale Point West Beach Resort . Perfect for families, couples, or a friends’ getaway, this spacious 2BR/2BA condo offers comfort, resort-style amenities, and easy access to the beach. Wristbands are required for both the pools. 4 yrs and older pays 25$ for the entire stay. I will make a booking for you 2 days out from your booking. The Beach Club handles the wristbands.
Located on the quieter west end of Galveston Island, Point West is known for its peaceful atmosphere, bird watching, kayaking, fishing , private beach access, and top amenities—ideal for a relaxing coastal retreat away from the crowds. The space features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a guest suite with a king bed and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or friends. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a day out, the thoughtful touches make your stay easy and enjoyable. This brilliant spot offers gorgeous sunsets from the patio. The condo is a delightful blend of comfort and style. Our place will help you feel at home with a 5 star hotel feel while you're traveling in Galveston. Total 5 guests allowed. 6 if it’s a baby. 25$ per guest extra if we find more then 5 checking in. We have a washer, dryer and laundry pods are provided tea coffee and condiments are provided 4 beach towels dishwasher pods, iron, and ironing board are provided . If you are into kayaking, get your kayak we have kayaks stands in the parking garage, where you’ll also find some pool toys in the closet marked for our condo ! So just come for your amazing holiday and enjoy this resort!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash and food from the fridge. Throw extra garbage down the garbage chute outside of the condo by the stairs.
Please lock the patio door . When you leave the condo, please shut the front door hard and make sure lever on the inside door pad is in the UP position.
Please turn air conditioner to 75 during summer and heat to 65 during winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If more then 5 adults and 1 baby, you will pay 25$ for each extra person.
If if anyone is found in violation of the house rules, your booking will be canceled and he will be evicted immediately. No refunds will be made..

We absolutely loved our weekend stay! The property was just as described. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and the view was awesome! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the sunset was the best way to end the day. We stayed during spring break weekend and it did not feel crowded at all. Plenty of room in the lazy river, pool and hot tub. The resort restaurant and main pool area were also great. The host was very responsive and friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo! We will definitely return.

Why they chose this property

Point West is a beautiful resort! I wanted to have a Hawaii or a Mexico style resort vacation without having to leave home that’s why I chose this location!

What makes this property unique

My back patio doesn’t get any direct sunlight so you can enjoy it all day! The sunsets are beautiful from my patio and early morning. You see a lot of birds and wildlife around the bay. If you like kayaking, you can take your kayak out from this Bayside. There is a Kayak storage rack in the garage.
