The house was nice with most of your basic needs in the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus as was the downstairs area. The upstairs deck is also lovely. Good location.

The house was perfect for a small famlily with friends. The pool was very nice to have as well. Beach is an easy short 3 min drive. The worst part of the house is the mosquitos, like they swarm and attack after 6pm and in the mornings. I would bring mosquito spray and think it would be a good idea for owners to have zapper and/or citronella candels.

We stayed February 13–20, which marked one of the saddest weeks of our lives. This home made that time a little easier simply by being a peaceful, secure, and welcoming place to land.Our daughter absolutely loved the pool — it brought so much joy during a heavy week. I also want to publicly apologize here: we departed around 5 AM and accidentally forgot to put one of the pool noodles away. The host handled it with such grace and kindness, without reprimand, which honestly made us feel even more cared for.The second night we were there, we experienced severe storms and even a tornado warning in the area. The house felt incredibly secure and solid — we never felt unsafe.Check-in was easy. Check-out was easy. The host was super responsive. Everything worked exactly as it should.The hot water tank may feel a bit small during colder winter months if multiple people are showering back-to-back, but overall this is a fantastic rental.If privacy is important to you, just note that the neighbors across the street are home often and fairly active — but otherwise the location is excellent. Easy access to the main road and close to one of our favorite Mexican restaurants, Venados Cantina.We’re actually returning in two weeks for Spring Break with our in-laws and were completely bummed this house isn’t available. We hope to stay again this fall or next year.Great rental. Grateful for the stay. Would absolutely recommend.

Nice stay

This house was great for our family vacation, we have 2 kids under 2 years old so having a pool on the property was great. Some of the bedroom windows did not have blinds only thin curtains we had to go buy our own curtains to make sure the room stayed dark. The bathtub was also extremely slippery, we had to go out a purchase a bath mat so our kids did not fall. The day before we were leaving I was completing a load of laundry and went to move the clothes from the washer to the dryer, but the dryer had a few inches of water in it. The property manager was not able to get someone out and told us we would need to go to a laundry mat, that was very inconvenient given our young kids and we did not have any clothes since they were all being washed (went to the pool while the clothes were washed).
