House should not have been rentable- the ovens didn’t work, the dishwashers didn’t work , the ice maker didn’t work, several lights out, and crack in staircase

Nicely priced for 4 generation family gathering

We appreciated the neighborhood, great floor plan, elevator, large rooms, amazing view, proximity to beach, price and wide lighted stairs as we enjoyed a 4 generation family gathering. The home is older with dishwasher and dryer that don’t work well. All toilets have a bud ay, which kept us from using an aide to raise the toilet. Carpet, some pillows, and ottoman seemed old and ragged. Dogs were allowed so maybe this is why. Beds varied from too soft to too hard and some in between. We did have a wonderful time and appreciate the opportunity to stay here!

Many great features and short easy walk to the beach.

The property was great~~~roomy, large outdoor decks, bedroom, bathroom lay out was great. The kitchen could be better stocked and some things should be replaced. Dining area was small for our group so we ate many meals outside. One of the upstairs bedrooms did not have a remote so we couldn't use the ceiling fan. Our main complaint is that we were never told there was a new home being built right next door (same side of house as 4 of the 5 bedrooms). It made nap time very difficult for the two kiddos under 2. Also, the bedrooms that face the street ate flooded with lights from the neighbors which make it difficult to sleep~~rooms need some window treatments. We had to put blankets over the windows. With a few minor adjustments~~remotes for fans, window coverings, and a few additions to the kitchen supplies this is a great house. And the elevator is great for getting supplies up to the living spaces.
