Tennis, minigolf 800 m, gondola lift 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 250 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Castel des roches", 1-room studio 25 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Small balcony, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Les + : - L'appartement est très bien situé, entre le centre-ville (5mn) et le départ de la télécabine (5-10mn, selon montée ou descente ;)). - Il est joliment agencé, dans un esprit chalet, avec beaucoup de bois. - Les équipements sont bien pour un court séjour. - L'accueil à l'agence est charmant. Les - : - La circulation sur le pont du diable, juste en-dessous (mais fenêtres fermées, on l'entend peu). - Wifi payant (cher !) - Ni tapis de bain, ni torchon - Le canapé-lit grince énormément !

Situation excellente tant pour les skieurs que pour les autres. Bien équipé malgré un lave-linge défectueux. (L’agence a fait ce qu’elle a pu...). Nous étions deux donc parfait, mais trop juste pour 4. Une personne sensible au bruit pourrait être dérangée par le bruit du trafic routier en fin de journée, et le matin, mais les nuits sont calmes. Le domaine skiable est très varié et l’ambiance est bien meilleure que dans une grande station d’altitude.
